Although originally from Farmington, Connecticut, Kristalyn has been living in Western North Carolina since 2003. In 2007, she graduated from Mars Hill College with a BA in Art with concentrations in Printmaking, Religion/Philosophy and Women’s Studies. Interests in the feminine, cultural norms, and landscape occupy the forefront of her perspective. Travel, teaching, and urban farming also frequently court Kristalyn.
